Lyn did a great job. I explained to her the situation that I am in. I was overextended both in credit card and other debts. I wanted to consolidate my bills into one. The pluses that I have, is that I own a home and I have a good job. My credit was low, but not because of anything bad on my credit report, I just was overextended. With her hard work, although the interest rate was higher than I wanted to pay, it definitely achieve the goals that I wanted, and that was to consolidate all my bills and reduce my monthly expenditures. I look forward to working with her again in about 6 to 8 months to do another refi once my credit score goes up. I do feel a huge weight off of my shoulders and I’m very appreciative.
